Hi,

What specific setting do i need for Sony A7 III 4k 30 FPS HDMI output to Ninja Flame please?

My Ninja Flame can not record or play any sound. There is also no audio when i try to open the .mov video files via QuickTime/PotPlayer/HandBrake, and MediaInfo software reports there is no audio tracking in the .mov files.

I can hear the sound from headphone connecting to the Ninja recorder.

Is it a softwere or hardware issue? i tried all setting in Ninja Flame.

Any advice would be helpful! Thanks.

And, if the Ninja record Audio from another Input like Line IN or Mic IN?

no, it just doesn't recorde any sound. but i can hear the sound before recording.

Ok but, Ninja haven't a MENU for choice the Audio Input?

Maybe him record from Line IN but nothing Is connected ti the Line IN...
