Sony A7R image size

Got a Sony A7R with Sony 70-200 f4 G OSS lens. In the camera settings the biggest image size option available is L:15M, but it should be 36M. Why is that? Hope that someone can help me.

It is probably because you have APS-C mode set to ON, or are using an APS-C lens.

(APS-C/Super35 mode is a cropped mode that uses a smaller area of the sensor)

Go to Quality/Image Size settings and make sure APS-C/Super35 is set to Manual - OFF,

then you should see 36M image size option
