SONY took my money and store support closed my case: email: ***

I tried repeatedly to get a refund of £13.99 for an item that was delivered to the wrong address

Just a battery door for A1 camera, part of my 20K worth of SONY equipmment

DPD delivered to the wrong apartment block and sent a photo

And now Sony have said my case is closed and stopped replying to my emails

But they did not refund me

Unbelievable
