Sony A7IV Rear Wheel Issue

Hello all, I'm having an issue that started very abruptly and that's making me a little bit crazy. The rear wheel on my a7IV is behaving like it's stuck and keeps scrolling continuously.

Here is what I tried so far:

- Remove battery and turn off/on again.

- Reset settings

- Reset to factory settings

As far as I've observed, the issue doesn't seem to be software related but I figured I'd ask around before contacting Sony and looking into activating the warranty.

Has anything similar happened to someone here?

@damienguichard Try to update the software (Mac) - (Windows) and if the issue is still the same you will need to contact the support team
