Cash back claim not paid

I received a Sony cash back email on 27th April to say to say the claim was processed a week ago and payment should be with me or wait a few days. I then emailed 8th May to say no payment has come through and had no reply, and I still see no payment to my account.

My father also had a claim at a similar time and received his okay after 45 days.

Anyone know an email for cashback claims on lenses?
