topic Firmware update NWZ E436F in Portable Audio

Firmware update NWZ E436F

I have been trying to update the firmware on my NWZ E436F. I use windows 7. I downloaded the update to a folder on my c drive as per the instructions on the Sony site but where do I go from there? Hope someone can help.

Thanks for ypor reply. I was trying to update (unsuccessfully) using my laptop which is 64 bit. I have now installed the update successfully using my "old" desktop which is 32 bit.:smileyhappy:
