Trouble Charging my WH-1000XM4

Hi - I am struggling to charge my WH-1000XM4 Headphones

When i plug them in nothing happens

i am using the supplied charger cable and have tried multiple charging plugs

When i plug into the USB on my laptop - the laptop reads that something new is connected but doesn't charge

Any advice would be appreciated

Hey Rogmar75, you might have gotten a faulty one. Is this out of the box? If yes try the retailer to exchanged.

Thank you - Yes out of the box (which i still have) - bought it at Currys in Feb
