I have a Sony bdv 3100

and the last two outputs are not working now.. Never had an issue before but the speakers do work just not the ports

any solutions to this issue?

Did you test it with different speakers and cables?

yes the speakers work fine

It’s just the last two out put on the unit .. They just don’t work

If your looking at the back of the unit

the last 2 jacks where you hook the speakers too does not work

i tested the speakers and they are working

Hey Niki6371, if you tested different cables, reset the device, and did the unplugging step, then you need to send it for repair: http://bit.ly/2DJn2JC

I unplugged the unit leaving it about 10 minutes and the speakers do work so I know that’s that’s not the issue

is there a fuse are something inside that I should check for?

I wouldn't recommend cracking it open if you're not sure, maybe you need to talk to an engineer or something.
