The finger print scanner stopt working. But when trying the pincode it says the pincode is not the right one. I'm sertain the code is the good one. Can I enter the phone again after a software repair?

Yes, a software repair using PC Companion repair will remove all system protection, except My Xperia Theft Protection (MXTP). Before proceeding to software repair, try the following method:
