Hi All,

I have xperia zr mobile, and the android version is 4.1.2, with base band .310, every time I checked through pc companion its saying that the software is up date, but I know there is an update available, how to update any idea and also every time when I connect to pc a pop is asking to install pc cpompanion how to disable it. Thanks in advance for helping.

You have 2 options

1) wait for the update to be approved and released in your country

2) manually update the phone

Ok I will wait may be i will get the notification when 4.3 is released. I have another problem. In my update center its showing updates available for two apps, when i try to update its starting and its says pending network, both on wifi and mobile data its the same any I dea for the above problem?

I have restarted it many times but its saying the same again and agian, pls help me with this, its so annoying for me

Sorry I forgot to tell u this, I have already repaired my phone using PCC, in order to get the latest available software expecting it to be 4.2.2, But I got this .310 instead of it, I have the above problem only after I repaired my phone.

Settings > about phone > status > signal strength, what do you see?

Do you have an antivirus? taskiller? task manager? how old is your SIM card?

Yes I have 360 Mobile Security and my sim is 3 years old, but its a 3G sim only, as I can use it on my old c502 mobile.

1. uninstall taskillers, task managers, antivirus, etc, repair your phone with SUS and DO NOT install any app, just test your 3G.

2. get a new SIM card even if it work on another phone

I have repaired my phone using SUS as you said but I still see the same signal strength as above?

Obviously, there is a definite signal once your zr is connected with 3g....you would find an 'H' marking on the signal icon......
