Walkman bug on Android 4.3

Walkman skips songs.

For example, if I am listening to song #1 and want to listen to song #2, Walkman will skip to song #3 instead.

Anyone experiencing this or have a solution?

Is the song nr 2 on your phone or is it a deleted song?Try to clear data for walkman(settings-apps-all where you find 2 apps).Restart the phone.

It is not a deleted song. I can play the song if I press the skip button a bunch of times.

I have cleared the data but there is no change. Restarting the phone does solve the problem. I'll see if this solves the issue permanently

You are welcome.You can consider force restart sometimes(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).You may encounter better results.

Walkmn problem still persists. The hard reset solves the problem for about a day only.

It is a buggy software then,nothing you can do.Only install a previous version of walkman,but you have to root your phone.
