xperia Z certain times cant hear caller voice

Hi guys! I regularly experience following problems when i received a phone call sometimes the callers voice not heard and i need loudspeaker to hear the callers voice. Now I still using android v4.1.2.

Thanx for d feedback. I've checked with the diagnostic everything is working greatly. Just wondering why these things can still happen.

Xperia Z is a piece of crap inside. It jus looks good from inside. The service and support of sony is pathetic. The replacement handset they had provided to me worked fine for some days and on the new firmware update pop up came and it updated itself from 10.3.1.A.0.244 to 10.3.1.A.2.67. As soon as it updated i got network problem. There was simply no network. Customer care asked to reinstall it againg via pc companion instead of over the air. But in vain. It would not work and how can you use a phone without network. So though i didnt wat to go to their pathetic service center i had to take it here in Bangalore, India once again. Interestingly the provide me with a replacement handset after 10days but waht they give me a used, damaged, scratched and dented one. On refusing to accept the replacement they tell me its the company policy. What kind of policy is Sony making to fool ppl.

I was shocked to see how their update killed my phone. And because of their pathetic support am still without a phone with no fault of mine.

And Sony support is making me play hoopla with pre-sales question, not answering it categorically.
