Xperia Z Ultra [ view picture and video not sharp and unclear]

Everythings is fine but only when I use my phone to view picture on FACEBOOK or view video on YOUTUBE application

even ALUBUM or MOVIES application from sony.

It was very bad resolution?or something it's not clear and sharp people face or small item on the screen blur.

Are there anyone have the same issues like me??

Is there any fixed ??

I'm not sure i understand the problem correctly but it sounds like you are looking at a picture or video that has a low resolution. Even if your phone has a full HD display, low resolution pictures will be blurry.

When using YouTube you can tap menu (3 dots) and go to Settings -> General and enable high quality on mobile but it also depends on the video you're watching.

If that's not the problem, does the phones menu and text (for example contacts) look blurry?

If you are watching HD videos and pictures turn off the ‘X reality engine’ ie setting->Display->X Reality. This X reality is proprietary algorithm that auto correct videos or pictures to make it more sharp. This works magic in case of low resolution videos n pictures but on HD it a disaster, Even if you play 1080p you feel like you are playing 720por 480p. Watch you tube HD video turning off X reality and see for you self.
