Sony experia 10 issues

This is my 3rd xperia phone and by far the worse. It freezes, touchscreen stops working intermittently, phantom calls and keeps going into access ability mode. Sony please help this is ridiculous my phone from 3yrs ago is better than this.

check if the SD card is causing performance lag, remove it and use the phone as you would to see if it still behaves the same.

If these inexperienced and infantile dudes will respond to these such serious issues then Sony you are such a disappointment. Sony you should see and solve these by system upgrades. IT'S A SHAME!

You've got a real problem.

This isn't a Sony customer service forum, it's a forum for and by owners, and sometimes things are forwarded to support.

But with your issues with all things Sony, either contact Sony support directly for support, or maybe just buy another brand and stop posting your infantile comments.

Latest system update 53.1.A.3.85 corrects a lot of things. The phone is responsive as I always aspected.

This was really gone a long time.
