      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Out of nowhere the Sony Headphones Connect App has stopped working. I have a Sony Xperia 1 III with the latest version of Android. Whenever I put in my WF-1000XM4s and launch the app, it just says connecting for a few seconds and then the app crashes entirely. The earphones connect to my phone but the app doesn't work and so I can no longer use those features.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried resetting the headphones, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache etc and nothing works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried an older version of the app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The old versions can be found with a quick Google search and can fix some issues that can sometimes occur with app updates.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it does fix it, you can report the issue to the app development team for (hopefully) a fix in a later update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
