SIM locked by operator - No service

I recieved my Sony Xperia F5121 via DHL & paid customs duty of nearly R1400.

Did a master reset & and sim swop + NUC code,have IMEI no.

Is there anyone out there that can help,also tried You Tube help videos.

Have own 4 digit number to enter phone and can use some apps,whats app,receive e-mails,but can not make or recieve calls.the phone was on a Vodaphone network in England and I am using Telkom Mobile here in South Africa.Any sugestions would be welcome.

SIM swap means you did try your own SIM card in another phone and you tried another SIM card that worked in another phone in your phone?

You did try both in safe mode too?

Or did you just swap your SIM card from your old phone to your new phone.

Tell us your experiences and maybe we can finda solution.
