for some odd reason after updating to ICS Xperias are a bit laggy but after you repair your phone it should be fine

i just finished updating and it looks good but laggy how do i repair the phone? The same thing pops up when i use pc companion.

you have to repair it with SUS (repair = update = will re-install the current software)
