Cannot update to latest firmware (M4 aqua E2303)

I read the other topic about the update and somebody said that the device does not perform well with it. Well i disagree with that. I find it very handy and with some new features. Although after a microphone fix, my phone was factory reset and now it cannot be updated to 26.1.A.2.99. Why is that?
P.s. It was updated before the factory reset.

Is the update available or simply not there - is it possible it has been pulled from circulation in your country or by your network or have you manually flashed another country's firmware

It's not there. It says that the device is updated but it's not the current version. I haven't flashed anything, the phone went for a microphone replacement by warranty and they have reset it to factory state there... As i mentioned, the phone HAD the latest updates before it went for repairs.

Then I'll hazard a guess they have flashed a different country's firmware - I can check if you dial *#*#7378423#*#* then open Service info then Software info and post the Customization number then with that I can find out which firmware you have install and then you can say if it's the right one for you

You have completely the wrong firmware unless your phone is for a Journalist to comment on in media

Based on your IP if correct and you are in Bulgaria then you should have either

1294-7434 for MobilTel

1294-4814 for Telenor

Well 2 options - 1 you won't like and that's to take it back and have them put the right firmware on and the 2nd if you are willing and use a Windows system and that's to allow me remote access to your Pc and I will be able to download and create the correct firmware for manual flashing and hopefully if your Pc allows it due to Flashdrivers install the latest and correct firmware but this will erase your device

If you can then install Teamviewer and then PM me the ID and password and have a notepad open
