Hi, I have sony m2 dual. my phone having android versio 4.3 only. Still jelly bean version update not showing in my phone. How can i get that. Plese help me.

You can manually flash another country's firmware however to answer your question - Before generic handsets get the update the networks have to all authorise the update, I'm not saying they have to release the update but they do have to authorise it - Then Sony will be authorised to release it to generic devices

It's quite a complicated matter however if you wish to try then see here to make the firmware file for flashing

Some network's depending on where you are in the world are still stuck on jb it would seem according to xperfirm. You would have to manually flash the 5.1 lollipop ftf via a piece of software called flashtool but only do this if you know what you are doing there are plenty of tutorials on the internet on how to do it but pick carefully there's plenty out there that are not giving you the full instructions cause they have no clue themselves.
