Xperia M2 mic volume

Hello everybody,

During any call, other parties complains hearing me, some times since the beginning of the call and other times after a minute,

yet when i use my handfree same happens but not much as the headset.

I tried to enable/ disable microphone noise suppression, sometimes work; other not. Also tried to record my voice using call recorder, the problem really exists.

Should I send it to support / maintenance or there is something I’ve to do?

my phone model number is ( D2302) Xperia M2 Duos

software version is 4.4.2

Do you have a protective case that might be blocking the mic?

sounds that Xperia care ( contact us) died, i've submitted a complaint 3 days ago with no reply and don't know how to escilate my issue, i'm experinceing a lot of issues with service center since 3 weekks ago in my FIRST month of warrenty.

also cheked other complaint in this forums, all replys indicate to use contact us link which is mentioned above as DEAD link.

the question is, does Sony have any support?!!!!!!! or i've to get rid of my phone and don't waist my time anymore with Sony.

There's a BUG in this update for xperia M2

The mic is not work properly!!!

Its impossible to have a good conversation, or use the comand ok google,

We need an answer!!!!

Could you fix the problem of the microphone? I bought an Xperia m2 Aqua three weeks ago, beautiful phone. But when I call or somebody call me, the other person can not listen me very well. I've taken twice a warranty in Claro Colombia (it was where I bought my phone) and say that this normal without realizing greater response. I don`t know what to do

Turn of mic noise restriction in phone settings. Are u on lollipop?
