I can't set the period time to be seen in Bluetooth , it's not active in my device , I have also Xperia m and this option is active and I can set the time easy

To be seen in bluetooth, just go to it's settings.

Hi Ehab01223710664,

The visible option has changed over the course of many android updates, I believe that Bluetooth is now visible while you are within the Bluetooth option in settings, once you move out of it then Bluetooth visibility turns off.

When you access Bluetooth do you see a message once you turn it on, better yet can you supply a screenshot when inside Bluetooth
