      <title>USB connection problem in M2 Dual</title>

      <description>I don't know what's the reason of this but suddenly my phone is not connecting with my PC. When I plug my phone with PC, nothing is showing. I checked and double checked USB port, data cable, my PC and everything is Ok.! I also re-installed Sony Comapanion software in PC but nothing changed.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm in a big trouble. Please help! What can I do now?</description>

      <description>Try this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1)&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Scroll down and tap on Developer Options(If you dont see it,then discontinue and proceed steps to safe mode) &amp;gt; Disable Developer Mode(Put it to OFF)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you dont see the Developer Options,reboot to Safe Mode&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2)&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold Power Button &amp;gt; Tap and hold POWER OFF &amp;gt; Tap on OK to reboot to Safe Mode&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See if theres any difference after doing both ways&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep us updated with any changes you encountered</description>

      <description>I just did it but nothing shows..&lt;BR /&gt;Though my 'Developer option' shows normally in my phone as you suggested, I also turned it of by safe mode..&lt;BR /&gt;But nothing changes..&lt;BR /&gt;Only a pop up shows on my right bottom corner of my pc monitor showing "My (Null) is connected.. Sony PC companion.. That's it.. No removable device shows on Storage option</description>

      <description>thanks for the kudos &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ie/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Oh you mean when you open (assume you are Windows User) Computer section of Library,theres no "Removable Storage device" connected?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Xperia Connectivity &amp;gt; USB Connectivity &amp;gt; USB Connection Mode being change into Media Transfer Protocol(MTP) and NOT Mass Storage Mode(MSC)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope that helps</description>

      <description>I see.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This seem a little complicated but i will try my best to help you out.&lt;BR /&gt;-Steps Shown are for Windows 7™ PC&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Open your PC &amp;gt; Go to Control Panel &amp;gt; Devices And Printers &amp;gt; Press on you device Xperia M2(or the name of your phone) &amp;gt; Right click and press "Remove Device"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restart your PC and then reconnect your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See if that solves it</description>

      <description>Hang on we still have a few ways left.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Next try switching to safe mode and then discard your SD card and then connect your phone to your PC.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And if you have any bluetooth pairing with pc,remove the pairing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See if at least the PC could detect it.</description>
