I'm having trouble with the sound in general, if I put my phone on standby and leave it the volume goes down to zero! And it won't let me turn it up. I have to reset my phone. Can anyone help me please????

Boot on safe mode and see if you experience the same, if you do then repair the phone with PCC

software repair

The problem its a third party app creating this problem, you will have to uninstall one by one until you find the culprit.

Iv deleted the app and it's now spot on. Massive amount of gratitude uliwood
