m4 aqua overheated

My m4 aqua was on and charging. The fully charged green light is constantly on but the phone is off and won't turn on. The top part of the phone is hot and hasn't cooled since being unplugged

I'm sorry to hear that, the phone can't overheat, if it gets too hot it will shutdown.

Have you exposed the phone to water?

press and hold power & volume up buttons for 10 seconds

It was in shallow water about 14 hours ago but it was fine the whole night

Hey it happens the same with my aqua M4 i do not what to do. I have bought it two weeks ago. Full charged is off and it wont turn on again. I have to wait three average. The battery then is off. And i have to charge again. Today and yesterday happened it almost at 6 pm. Any advice or comment please?
