I cannot make a call. When I dial, I am immediately notifed "call ended" even without having to hear the phone at the other line to ring. initially I thought before as the network was having a poor signal or the problem is at the other line. Hope to hear from you.

This might be a faulty SIM card, things to try

Test the phone on >>> safe mode perhaps it's a third party app acting up

if possible, test a brand new SIM card, make sure to get the correct size (don't trim/cut it)
