M5 dual not booting

Need help asap. My M5 is not booting. Connected on charger notification light stay's red, no boot what so ever.

Connected phone with cable on PC , notification light stay's red.

On the PC getting the notification " Installing unknown device"

Anyone got any solutions

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold the power button for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > report back

Phone working again. Connected phone to charger for 1 hour still would't boot.

Left the phone the hole night unattended.

The next morning tried te powerbutton the phone boots up.

Phone is working just fine now

Must be the goddam battery lock issue :smileyconfused::smileyd_oh::smileyangry:

At times, the same issue occurs when you have a defective SD card. This issue happened today, I just removed the SD card and the phone automatically boots up by it self.

I have some problem with you then i try like what you do then it works (battery is charge normal and system is booting) but in my case after sony logo then blue screen (seems like loading OS situations) then stop like freeze situation then after 10-15 second automatically shutdown (loading OS is failure). then i try to plug in charge the situations is back like the first conditions (

any sollutions?

I charged my phone for straight 4-5 hours still red light and not starting
and its not getting heat up also
genreally during charging phone gets little bit of heat but its not getting heat also.

The same situation with my m5.

After booting android starts updating application. Updates about 320-340 from about 380-390 and turned off. After that - red light with charger and any reaction on power on. And no solution found yet.

I need to extract all photos from inner memory. T_T

Don't worry try to keep it at charge overnight.
If it still doesn't start goto service center and they will replace your motherboard and battery and it will be like new again.
But they will keep your phone for atleast 10-15 days
