Keyboard Not working well

Hello!

The qwerty keyboard on my phone xperia m4 aqua isn't working well, when i try to writte somenting the words don't apears .... i need to close the message an re open a few times an then i can writte, but is really annoying to do that every 10 minutes

I'm the only who are having troubles with this?

PD. I'm from mexico and my english int't good .. sorry for that

Does this happen on all apps or on an specific app?

Hi!

It Happens in all apps ... whatsapp, messenger, facebook, youtube, and a lot of more apps

Boot on safe mode > test some of the apps > report back

the problem seems to be intermittent ... at the moment don't happend me today ... I try the safemode and a dont have the problem, but i will try again when I have the problen and see if somenting change ... i will report later what happend thanks

After some days of test .... I uninstall some apps of my phone and the problem was gone for the moment ... i think you're right it was a third party app affecting my phone .... thanks ... if the problems come back i will ask again

guys sorry but do you mean by a third party app ?? i have a problem with the touch screen specially the keyboard and the upper left corner of the screen they can sometimes work and sometimes not if i restart the letter A works fine but then suddenly it wouldnt be pressed in any typing app or messages wat to do with that,thanks in advance
