M4 aqual dual flashlight problem

Hello, i bought m4 aqua dual a week ago. The phone works fine but when i turn the flashlight on with the camera, it captures blurry images. The photos become very bluish and foggy. what should i do? give me some suggestions

Sorry to hear you have issues with the camera.

Do you have any cover or screen protector on your phone? Sounds like something is reflecting the flash into the camera.

Glad to hear that we could find the cause

If you decide to look for a new screen protector for the back, i recommend that you look for one that has one large hole in it for both the camera and flash. That should not cause this issue.

Good day, my m4 AGUA also has the same problem flash light is not working at all I have tried to down load an app for the flash and that doesn't work either I don't have any cover or screen protector. What do I do? It all started 1 night when I had my flash light on and my battery died after I charged it up it hasn't been working since. Could it be the flash light actually blew? I also have the problem of my microphone not working in calls. Callers on the other side of the call can't hear me at all until I put it on loud speaker iv changed my settings in Google and now I can record audio when using WhatsApp but not in calls. Thanks

My m4 aqua flash light is not working should anybody suggest what to do
