Xperia M2 WiFi weird after lollipop update

Hi, My phone got updated with lollipop 5.1 recently. After the update, the WiFi is not working properly. When I switch the WiFi off, it gets switched on automatically in few secs. All the settings like network notification and location request are switched off under WiFi settings. What is the issue? How to resolve it?

Hi @Laavanya

Please, boot your device into safe mode as explained here. If this issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the problem. In this case exit Safe Mode and then un-install any third party apps you don't need and clear the cache/data for the apps you want to keep. I´m at disposal for any question.
