    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the same thing happened with you after the restarting both of the devices, you may need to test another Laptop or PC with the Xperia Companion and check again. But I would agree to go with the Google back up , I&amp;nbsp; believe it's more safe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It should work, but if it doesn't even after L1 and Xperia Companion computer restarting then don't fight it any longer and &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/android/answer/2819582?hl=en" target="_self"&gt;walk the Google Backup path&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
