Data communication menu does not pop up when connected with USB

Hello, i got a problem, not pop up communication menu when connecting the usb to laptop, only does charge the bateria, but it used to be ok. it does not appear that menu when connecting to any pc anymore.

please for help

Did you try using a different USB cable? also try to remove any external like the SD memory card or the SIM card then try to connect again.

The problem still persist no mater with other usb cables.. it only charges no menu appears.

removing sd card or sim card will change anything.

Greetings fellow being,

Can you try and set the USB usage to file transfer, after connecting both devices, from the home screen, in the status bar, tap "Android System" it should be next to the USB sign, then Tap for more options, and select file transfer.
