Xperia C4 Dead, Red Light

my sony xperia C4 only turn on the fixed red light, this happens after restarting it does not boot again, I have already tried to enter fastboot and flash mode but nothing works, it is out of warranty, I tried to connect it to the PC but only detected it as a Serial COM port, is there any sony technical support in the Dominican Republic?

I'm sorry to hear that, you could connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1-2 hours > then try agian.
