I have a Sony KD49XG8096. Recently when turning on we find the volume is at zero, even though it was normal when switched off. It only does this when off for a while. I've tried pulling power for 5 mins and rebooting set but still the same.

Anyone any ideas

Software PKG6.7220.0365EUA
