Can anyone tell me the re-set sequence for a KD-55X8509C, it has diamond shaped multi switch, (not 1 or 2 buttons).

in continuously reboots It will not go past the android logo.

will not load the menu, is the menu/start-up memory on a chip that can be replaced? anyone know the part and cost. (sony is 160 miles round trip from Dymchurch) anyone near me that can fix this.

Also I don't seem to have any coloured LED's on set only white bar light.

what series and year is this model

Set has been great up to now.

If you dont have android 6 on your TV there is no reset with buttons on TV.

Sucks.

TV came with android 5.

Why are you putting that as a "solution" if you know that it does not work??????
