55XH9005 no screen

I`ve recently bought new 55XH9005 but when I plugged cable TV didn`t react. Nothing more than white led under SONY label shows for a few seconds and after that I don`t see anything at all on screen. What should I do? This is really insane!

Hi,

Is the Home screen displayed if you press the Home button on the remote?

If not, your TV is most likely defect. So please return it to your dealer.

Have you also tried restarting by holding the power button?
