Hi has anyone recently had trouble connecting there Alexa/echo dot 3rd gen to the alexa app. Constantly won’t find each other tried everything no joy. Thanks

Tv is kd55xf8096. The app installed on tv says beta version.

Thanks for posting that. I have tried all these steps. Spent an age on phone to Amazon ans sony . Sony currently looking into it. All apps enabled and skills set.. strange...

Hi @Stuartj2511 , were you able to solve the problem ? I have same problem as well. It was working drone until I guess August and all of a sudden stopped working through Alexa.
