Hi. Unsure if this has been covered.
just purchased the above tv.
Linked Sky box to it via HDMI.

Using IR Blaster to use supplied remote to operate Sky.
When I try to enter the Sky programme guide via Ext Box Menu it does not respond at all but when I press the Exit button next to it it takes me in to prog guide but when I toggle through menu it jumps 2 or 3 channels at a time. Also unable to control the movement on the main menu as each time I toggle it moves across 2 or 3 tiles. Inability to toggle onto TV guide as it jumps between the other tiles without ever highlighting the guide tile. Frustrating.
Hope this makes sense.
Any pointers to where I’m going wrong would be welcomed.

Hello @jomorri2047,

sounds like the input which gets transmitted via the IR blaster triggers movement on the Sky-Receiver directly AS WELL AS the TV, which causes your input to be doubled or tripled.

Try deactivating HDMI control on either the TV or the SkyBox to troubleshoot this issue.

Would that also explain why the Ext Box Menu button does nothing when pressed?
